La Casa dei Piccoli

In ENGLISH and ITALIAN

Join us for another hands-on culinary adventure as part of La Casa dei Piccoli series with our Pici Pasta Lab! A fun and educational experience where children will learn to make pici, a traditional hand-rolled pasta from Tuscany that resembles thick spaghetti. In this interactive workshop, young chefs will roll, brush, cut, and shape the dough, exploring texture and technique while having fun. At the end of the session, children will get to taste our chef’s delicious pici served with classic tomato sauce — just like the famous Pici all’aglione!

More than just a cooking class, this lab introduces children to basic culinary skills, supports fine motor development, and fosters an appreciation for homemade food and Italian culinary traditions. Participants will also practice measuring, following instructions, and collaborating with others, all while engaging with food in a hands-on, meaningful way.

A perfect blend of culture, creativity, and cuisine — buon appetito!
