Italian-American composer Raphael Fusco, “one of the most outstanding composers of his generation” (El Mundo), reaches beyond obvious lines of musical demarcation. He “remixes” gestures from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods — and even thorny processes like Serialism — with Jazz harmonies and Rock grooves to create works both inventive and inviting.

Join Maestro Fusco at the piano, along with special guest Eva Maria Summerer, mezzo-soprano, for songs, conversation, improvisation and variations on a theme. Gina Crusco of Casa’s What Makes it Italian music listening club hosts.
