About the Film:
A director has been commissioned a documentary about the Italian Rhine, a namesake of the famous German river on whose shores Wagner set his Rheingold. But could there ever be any gold hidden in his homeland? In his journey from the river spring to its mouth, he will delve into the past and present stories kept by the river and will find himself to be part of a collective memory. Because gold is everywhere as long as you know how to look.
