The webinar highlights and explores the impact of poignant and symbolic religious events, such as The Last Supper, and transformational periods of faith, like The Reformation and the Renaissance, and how these monumental occurrences became instrumental in forming our culinary traditions. What practices readily became traditions, and why? How have these traditions, initiated so long in the past, affected Italian cuisine of today? And how do they still form the basis for our eating habits and the way we view foods in our modern times.
