Casa Italiana Director Stefano Albertini invites author and historian Marcello Simonetta to present his two latest publications: Tutti gli uomini di Machiavelli: Amici, Nemici (e un'amante) (Rizzoli, 2020), and Caterina de' Medici: Storia Segreta di una Faida Familiare (Rizzoli, 2018). They will discuss the facts behind these towering figures of European history and some of the secrets discovered by the author when researching and unearthing original documents.
