WHO THINKS GREGORIAN CHANTS ARE BORING???

If you believe this is true, then you have never met Professor Daniel DiCenso, Assistant Professor of Music at the College of the Holy Cross. Prof. DiCenso has spent the last five years researching Gregorian Chant in archives across Europe with the aid of a Gates Fellowship at the University of Cambridge, England. Come and learn what Prof. DiCenso has discovered in Monza, Italy that has Chant scholars buzzing all over the world: an ancient manuscript that was misdated by previous scholars—a missing link in understanding the role Rome and Italy played in founding the Gregorian repertory.

Prof DiCenso is a colorful speaker who will keep you interested, entertained, and amazed.
